Join SABABA as they ring in the New Year with a variety of specials in addition to the full a la carte menu. The a la carte specials prepared by Executive Chef Ryan Moore, include Bourbon Glazed Chicken Livers with roasted sweet potato,priced at $14, Roasted Duck Breast with clementine and Arak, priced at $28, Red Wine Braised Lamb with olives and fingerling potato, priced at $26, Beer Battered Oyster Mushrooms with saffron toum, priced at $12, as well as Vermouth Poached Trout with tomato and fennel bulger, priced at $26.
