In honor of the Cherry Blossom Festival, join Cheesetique on Tuesday, March 28th from 7:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. for a deep dive into the exotic world of fine sake. Guests will learn about the fascintating process and taste four selections, paired with an umani cheeseboard. The featured speaker is Reiko Hirai, owner of D.C. Sake Co.
