Dawon's Market is hosting 3 continuous classes with Chef Drew, all on the same day. Take one, two, or all three. In the first class, In The Kitchen, you will roast winter squash to make soups and purees. In the second class, Shop Dawson’s with Chef Drew, you will learn how to identify ripe produce, what to buy. In the third class, create delicious fall and winter salads with the ingredients gathered from the market. $25 per class, or take all 3 on the same day for $65 per person.
