Senate Beer: It will be one of the most historically and scientifically accurate beer revivals, but what will it taste like? Help the Heurich House Museum decide which of the pilot batches should be released to the public this Fall. Attend the Senate Taste Test event where you can try two pilot batches of the early 20th century brew. Meet Pilot Brewer Jeff Clawson from Oregon State University’s Fermentation Science Department who, together with Professor of Fermentation Science Tom Shellhammer, analyzed a 20-page-laboratory-report on Senate Beer from 1948 to recreate the historic DC hometown favorite.General Admission tickets are $45.
