To celebrate Cheesetique's American Cheese Fest, join for a class focused entirely on American artisan cheeses, taught by Cheesetique's owner, Jill Erber. At this exclusive event, you will learn about the history of American cheesemaking—and which cheesemakers are making their mark today. Of course, you will eat and drink their fine creations (8 cheeses, 3 wines, and various accompaniments), so come hungry. $55 per person.
