Step into the Via Umbria kitchen where you and a small group of amateur chefs will enjoy an intimate cooking class, where you will learn how to make pasta by hand and prepare the perfect sauce to pair your pasta with. There will be plenty of opportunities for you to roll up your sleeves and try it yourself, and as a bonus, you will have the opportunity to create one of Via Umbria's signature desserts. This week’s menu features tagliatelle with porchetta ragu, followed by warm apple olive oil cake, with the chance afterward to enjoy your handiwork.
