Anju is proud to announce that they will be hosting a special Kamayan dinner featuring an all-star line-up including Chef Tara Monsod of Animae in San Diego, Chef Paolo Dungca of Sari Filipino Kusina and Hiraya, and Anju's very own beverage director, Phil Anova, who will be trading out his bartender apron for a chef's coat. Simply put, a Kamayan is a Filipino-style feast where an assortment of food is laid out on a table lined with banana leaves, and guests are encouraged to eat with their hands. Tickets for this event are currently sold out.
