Breaux Vineyards' 2022 Winemaker Series continues with guest Chef Eric Foxx of The Polished Foxx. Together Erik and Breaux Vineyards' Winemaking team will be presenting four amazing wines with oyster pairings that please the palate and excite the senses. Wines you will explore include Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Viognier, and their 2020 Rosé. Spend time learning about each wine and oyster pairing and learn why your palate reacts differently when wines are paired. Dollar oysters will be available in the cellar club after the pairing. Seating times are at 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. For more information, please click here.
