Mess Hall is bringing their whole pig butchering class to the internet. Tune in to watch Mike Ferguson, a skilled butcher from The Organic Butcher of McLean break down a pasture raised pig from Spring House Farm. Then you can cook the meat. Mike will cover many butchering techniques. You can order two different kits that include the pork from the show. One includes a cocktail kit and the other includes a bourbon and beer kit.
