You will taste Champagne method, Prosecco method and pet nat wines from all over the world, side by side, taking note of differences in carbonation, color, weight, nose, sweetness, acidity, minerality, length, and overall flavor profile. Boardwalk fries and truffle mac and cheese will be served to pair with the wine, and a raffle to benefit Blessings in a Backpack will round out the festivities.
