Chef Tony at Iron Gate Restaurant has created a very special brunch menu, using submissions from the moms of Iron Gate. The mission was simple: they asked their moms what they would want to have for brunch on Mother's day, and Chef Tony then created composed dishes based on their answers to create a brunch a la carte menu for Mother's Day. By moms, for moms, this Mother’s Day brunch menu was made with love. Some menu items include toasted buttermilk biscuit, fennel sausage gravy, calabrian chili, and herb salad; crushed avocado toast, coddled egg, multigrain bread, and shaved radish salad; and Maine lobster & scallop raviolo, roasted cherry tomato, spring herbs, and burro fuso.
