ST. ANSELM: VALENTINE’S DAY SPECIALS

Nothing says love like melty butter over a massive, grilled steak, and St. Anselm is spreading the love with a tracklist Valentine’s Day hits, some traditional and some remixed.  Specials include hash browns and caviar,  duck breast (duck leg confit, and beluga lentils), and Beef Wellington with mushroom duxelles and sauce bordelaise. End the evening on a sweet note with a chocolate Swiss roll with pomegranate and vanilla cream.
