Stars & Stripes At Summit

Celebrate Independence Day the DC way with a rooftop cookout at Summit, located at the top of The Conrad Hotel in CityCenterDC. ‘Stars and Stripes at Summit’ offers a prime rooftop location away from crowds and promises to deliver a gourmet picnic experience with specialty cocktails, live music, and games for kids and families. A boozy punch station will feature refreshing summer favorites like hard watermelon limeade, summer berry moonshine sangria, plus a booz “John Daly”. The grill station will be busy serving up Guajillo BBQ chicken and ancho glazed cobia along with veggie kabobs, traditional brats, and street corn with lime crema and cotija cheese.
