Summer Patio Seafood Boil Series
Momofuku CCDC announces a series of seafood boils on the patio of their CityCenter DC restaurant. Executive chef, Tae Strain has invited some of his chef friends to cook alongside him for the casual, monthly Sunday series that will have installments in June, July and August. The collaborative series celebrates the classic seafood boil with crawfish, lobster, shrimp, clams and mussels, available by the pound ($15-$21/pound), accompanied by various sides and sauces, including a signature sauce provided by each guest chef. There will be additional dishes served alongside beer towers and boozy slushies. Kyle Bailey of The Salt Line will be on July 21, and Danny Lee and Scott Drewno of CHIKO will be on August 4.
