Executive Chef Opie Crooks of A Rake’s Progress is teaming up with Chef Bobo Catoe of Richmond’s Alewife for the latest installment of the collaborative A Rake’s Progress Supper Series. Join Alewife for a family-style meal celebrating Chesapeake seafood and Virginia slow-cooking. This menu boasts whole roasted fish and Crispy Pig’s Head Bao, Sugartoads, a Chesapeake seafood tower, and much more – all paired with wine selections from the Rake’s cellar chosen by Sommelier Felicia Colbert.
