ANXO is hosting their first ever ticketed dinner focused on awareness about food waste and sustainability. Enjoy four courses with pairings, featuring “ugly” produce from Common Good City Farm, foraged items from the Accokeek Foundation’s food forest, and edible centerpieces by Rooftop Roots. Chef Alex Vallcorba will talk briefly about what makes each course sustainable and food-waste conscious. Tickets are $48 or $60 with beverage pairings.
