Taco Omakase At Poca Madre DC

Omakase is Japanese for “I’ll leave it up to you.” Their taco omakase menu changes weekly as you explore masa as a foundational ingredient in Mexican cooking. Poca Madre begin's by cooking and grinding their own corn and creating masa or dough for each dish. Their constantly-changing chef's selection of tacos, sopes, gorditas and more is a delicious way to experience the depths of modern Mexican cooking.
