Taco Tuesdays at The Fairmont
It’s Taco Tuesday every week in the Courtyard Bar. Executive Chef Jordi Gallardo and Executive Sous Chef Jason Rowley are firing up the grills with featured tacos each week. The first week includes:
Lime-Smoked Pork Shoulder
Chili-Smoked Short Ribs
Roasted Chicken Quesadilla
Smoked Octopus
M Street corn, tortillas, guacamole, smoked tomato salsa, pico de gallo, salsa verde, tortilla chips and hot sauces will also be available for $39 per person, $19 for children. Children under the age of five dine free, when accompanied by adults in their reservation. Make reservations here.
