Taste of Iceland Cultural Festival Presents Icelandic Pop-Up Menu at Brasserie Beck
Icelandic Chef Bjarki Snær Þorsteinsson, in collaboration with Chef Brian McBride of Brasserie Beck, will prepare a four-course prix-fixe menu of ingredients inspired by Iceland.
