Chef Peter Chang is celebrating his partnership with an Amish producer in the Finger Lakes region of New York with a spring banquet dinner beginning at 6:00 p.m. The five-course menu features twelve seasonal dishes served family style, including Shredded Green Pepper Tenderloin, Clay Pot Pork Ribs & Lotus Root Soup, Sweet and Sour Shitake Mushrooms, Black Rice Sesame Dumplings, and more.
