Doors open at 6:00 p.m. for a night of spirited competition and delicious libations.With a maximum of 12 competitors, the stage is set for a thrilling display of cocktail creativity and skill. Contestants will craft their signature daiquiri using Ten To One Rum along with citrus and a form of sugar. Each bartender is tasked with making their custom cocktail twice, as swiftly as possible, in front of a panel of esteemed judges. Speed, taste, cleanliness, and flair/technique will be evaluated on a scale of 1-10. Prizes await the top contenders, with the first and second runners-up receiving coveted Ten To One care packages. The champion of the evening will also secure a spot in a grand final competition against a team of bartenders from NYC/Rochester.
