Join Executive Pastry Chef Christine Schaefer for a session in the art of doughnuts. A true pastry (and doughnut) artist, Chef Christine delights in rejuvenating the tired options of old with a refreshing focus on detail and authenticity. Beginning with Chef Christine's signature vanilla bean dough, you will learn the basics of doughnut finishing. You will also custom decorate your doughnuts using a variety of Chef Christine's signature recipes including strawberry jam, mocha glaze, and homemade marshmallow.
