The Capital Remodel + Garden Show

Headlining the February 21-23, 2025, CAPITAL REMODEL + GARDEN SHOW at the Dulles Expo Center will be Mika and Brian Kleinschmidt, stars of HGTV’s popular “100 Day Dream Home” and “100 Day Hotel Challenge series. At the Capital Remodel and Garden Show, more than 275 companies will be on hand to showcase the latest products and services in home remodeling, renovation, home décor, landscape and garden design. Local and regional landscape companies will have feature gardens throughout the show. An ongoing schedule of home remodeling and landscape experts conducting seminars will be carried out during the three-day event. Appearing at the event will be Mika and Brian Kleinschmidt whose HGTV show, “100 Day Dream Home”, presents them the challenge of creating, building and completely personalizing a home from the ground-up for their clients in just 100 days. Mika is a realtor and Brian is a developer. In this popular series, this husband-and-wife team makes dream homes come true, helping clients design and build the perfect house in the perfect location. Known as the network’s winningest couple, they’ve conquered HGTV’s Barbie Dreamhouse Challenge and Rock the Block. They are now going head-to-head on the network’s new series 100 Day Hotel Challenge.
