Learn about the environmental impacts of a plant-based diet and how eating choices can help decrease our environmental footprint. The evening will showcase the diversity of DC's vegan cuisine – vegan Asian, vegan burgers and fries, and vegan soul food. We will also watch a cooking demo and raffle off ten of The Jewish Food Hero Cookbook by Kenden Alfond.
