The Hay-Adams’ Celebrates Mother's Day With A Bountiful Brunch Buffet

The award-winning Hay-Adams, located steps from the White House, will celebrate Mother's Day with an elegant brunch buffet at the Top of the Hay. Mother’s Day brunch includes a glass of Taittinger upon arrival. Here brunch will feature a classic Spring Life station buffet curated by Executive Chef Nicholas Legret, featuring seasonal delicacies, a carving station and an array of dessert selections by Pastry Chef Elenor Apolonio-Frantz. Some menu items Shenandoah roasted lamb leg with lyonnaise potato, assorted roasted spring vegetables; Maryland jumbo lump crab cakes with roasted pepper, and lemongrass cream sauce; and a sushi & sashimi station featuring hand rolled made-to-order specialty rolls maki, nigiri, sashimi and a seafood display with snow crab claws, and jumbo shrimp and local oysters. Guests will also enjoy live piano music courtesy of Tom Vogt. $130 per adult, and $60 per child aged 12 years and younger (tax and gratuity not included).
