The Secrets of Koji & Fermentation Series at Gravitas
Chef Matt Baker and the team at Gravitas will be offering a special series on Koji & Fermentation. On Saturday, February 25th at 12:00 p.m., Gravitas will host a Koji Lecture and Demo on Koji with a 3-course Lunch ($75 per ticket; additional $40 for optional sake pairing). On Wednesday, March 1st from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., Chef Matt Baker will be preparing a special 5-course tasting menu with sake pairings inspired by his recent trip to the Hokuriku region ($220 per ticket; additional $80 for optional sake and wine pairing).
