Three of the region's top chefs and restauranteurs- Tim Ma, Kevin Tien, and Jerome Grant- are joining forces at The Salamander Hotel to host a celebrity Chef Dinner, a finale to the annual conference of the National Foundation for Credit Counseling. The event features a meal designed by the three chefs and Marco Fossati, Executive Chef at Salamander, with each bringing to the table their unique culinary style.
