Turkey Confit + A French-Inspired Thanksgiving Menu

It has been said, that expanding the stomach allows for proper digestion of the Thanksgiving meal. Hence, Le Diplomate presents an entire day of giving thanks via imbibing and cuisine, opening with a special Thanksgiving "All-Day" menu that includes signature brunch dishes and Chef Greg Lloyd’s presentation of a classic American Thanksgiving, along with French staples. Dishes such as Le Diplomate’s signature steak frites and Lobster Omelette will be available all-day with the Thanksgiving prix-fixe dinner option. The 2019 menu features seasonal celebrations such as, Sugar Pie Pumpkin Soup with crème fraîche, which is followed by a family-style spread of Roasted Turkey Breast & Leg Confit served with silky pomme puree, sausage stuffing, candied yams, cranberry sauce, and roasted brussels sprouts. The prix-fixe menu will be available for $56 per person. Le Diplomate’s “All-Day” menu will be available on Thanksgiving Day from 9:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and the prix-fixe dinner starting at 12:00 p.m. For more information, please click here.
