Spend the night in Tuscany with RPM Italian at 7:00 p.m. as they venture through the majestic village of Castelnuovo Berardenga in the Chianti Classico zone where the famed Tolaini Estate lies. Some consider the terroir here to be the “Paullaic” of the Chianti zone, producing wines of power, intensity, and longevity. Tolaini embodies this style producing reds of distinction which will paired with Chef Massimo's carefully selected menu featuring some of the greatest dishes of Tuscany.
