Oyster Oyster’s Chef Rob Rubba has not seen his family since last Christmas due to the pandemic, and won’t be this year to stay safe, so he’s digging into some of his favorite childhood holiday memories and serving a special five-course plant-centric feast to-go, inspired by his family members' specialties. Available for pre-order and Christmas Eve pick-up, the hyper-local offerings will also include at-home oyster kits, a luxe vegan beet wellington, bottled winter cocktails and curated holiday wine packs. Oyster Oyster is known for its commitment to sustainability and hyper-seasonal vegetable cookery. Dishes inspired by Chef Rubba’s family members include Mom's honey baked "ham", Aunt Linda's rosemary potatoes, Uncle Mike's cheddar & scallion biscuits, Susie's cauliflower gratin, and Grandma's gingerbread cake. Chef Rubba has made serving fool-proof for you and all dishes have been fully prepped and assembled, and detailed instructions on reheating will be provided. Oyster Oyster’s innovative vegetarian Christmas dinner for two is priced at $100.
