Vote on the Sustainable Seafood Choices to Earn a Spot on 1310 Kitchen + Bar 's Menu

Chef Jenn Crovato of 1310 Kitchen & Bar is hosting a night dedicated to delicious dining and environmental stewardship at Evening of Sustainable Practices: Eat to Vote with a Purpose, happening Thursday, June 26 at 6:30 PM.

Known for her Mediterranean-inspired, plant-forward menus and thoughtful sourcing, Crovato now turns the spotlight on sustainable seafood, curating a special tasting of four environmentally responsible dishes. Each fish featured is a “best choice” for ocean health, and after sampling the courses, guests will cast their votes for their favorite, with the top two selections earning a spot on the restaurant’s summer dinner menu.

Throughout the evening, Crovato will guide diners through the culinary inspirations and sustainability principles behind each dish. Guests aged 21+ will enjoy two wine pairings, thoughtfully selected to complement the menu.

Tickets are $70++, and seating is limited for this interactive, educational, and flavor-forward experience that blends culinary excellence with ocean-conscious values.
