Join the DC Regional Chapter of Les Dames d'Escoffier for a tour of Equinox's composting system with Chef Todd Gray and Dame Ellen Kassoff, followed by a cooking demonstration and tasting of deliciously scrappy snacks. You will toast to compost with cocktails and mocktails made with ingredients that often go to waste, and end with insights from a panel of sustainability professionals.
