Wine Dinner With Paltrinieri

Via Umbria is thrilled to welcome third generation winemaker Alberto Paltrinieri for an incredible Chef’s Table dinner featuring his elegant and exciting wines. Not your average Lambrusco, Paltrinieri’s focus on varietals such as Lambrusco di Sorbara and Lambrusco di Salamino has yielded a collection of sharp and expressive wines that are notable for their dry, refreshing, often times tangy flavors. They invite you to gather around their table as you drink your way through the Paltrinieri family’s history of winemaking and enjoy an incredible meal prepared by Chef Simone, designed to bring out the unique and explosive flavors of Lambrusco and Emilia.
