Wine Down Wednesday: Perfect Partners–Wine & Cheese

Experience an interactive tasting that is all about the perfect partners—wine & cheese. Join award-winning wine expert, Laurie Forster—The Wine Coach, for a virtual wine and cheese tasting that is just as entertaining as it is educational. She’ll feature a selection of wine and cheese combos that will along the way teach you the secrets to creating great pairings every time. Laurie will be joined by a cheese expert Jesse Galdston from Firefly Farms in Accident, Maryland. Firefly produces an entire line of goat and cow milk cheeses by hand – using apprenticed cheese makers, not machines. Firefly Farms’ cheeses are produced using sustainably-produced, locally‐sourced fresh goat’s and cow’s milk and time‐honored, traditional methods of cheese making. Once you register, you will get links to the wine pairings and information on the featured Firefly cheeses.
