Did you know that traditional beer pairs every bit as well with food as wine, and in some cases even better? Beer’s incredible versatility can make ordinary meals extraordinary and extraordinary meals unforgettable. Chef Jacques Haeringer and team cordially invite you for a very special Winterlude Artisanal Beer Dinner Experience. Chef Jacques will be preparing a delicious meal using beers from local brewers and from around the globe. Each course will then be paired with a different brew, highlighting the complementary qualities of each and enhancing your culinary experience. Local beer extraordinaire cicerone/sommelier and importer Brian Hennighausen will be on hand to lead a fun, educational and delicious guided tasting experience.
