Over a multi-course lunch with wines, Chef Marc will showcase various types of Wagyu from the RARE Steakhouse dry-aging room, discussing topics like the types of cattle breeds used for Wagyu, classifying and grading Wagyu, how the dry-aging process enhances the Wagyu eating experience, and where to find Wagyu outside of Japan - from Australia and New Zealand to our own backyard in the U.S. Tickets are $99.
