World Vegan Day With Chaia Tacos

World Vegan Day celebrates living a plant-based lifestyle and marks the beginning of World Vegan Month, a campaign to highlight the benefits of being vegan. It does seem as if there is as a day for everything, but this celebration feels especially relevant.  After all, Forbes claimed 2019 to be "The Year of the Vegan" and more and more customers are requesting their tacos to be made vegan too.  Not because they are necessarily 100 percent vegan, but because they are seeking ways to personalize their diets to eat less meat. So, to celebrate and honor this day, Chaia will make their vegetable centered menu entirely vegan for the day.
