You Gotta Eat: Lunch

Recently, I wanted to meet a friend for lunch. A proper, sit down, maybe have an appetizer and entree and a glass of wine kind of lunch. It seemed like our options were limited. I put it out to The List team, let's do a round-up of where can one go for lunch?! Needless to say, the options for a lovely long lunch (or quick one, if that's more your style) are endless.
