* Chefs Michael Schlow & Alex Levin chatted Industry changes, including their new culinary experience, Nama Ko
* Candice Mensah fed us delicious Ghanian dishes from her restaurant, Hedzole
* Oh, and there was shucking in studio! Greg Casten & Dwayne “Gator” Thompson shucked oysters, talked about the status of the seafood industry & gave us the 411 on the Georgetown Shuck It Beer & Oyster Fest
