-Chef Tony Chittum, goes backs to his roots. The celebrated chef of Iron Gate is going back to his roots & now also overseeing the kitchen at his first Neighborhood Restaurant, Vermillion. He also brought in cider-doughnuts.
-With 13 office spanning the US, HGA is an architectural firm with services that span the spectrum of what today’s environmentally-conscious buildings and their tenants demand. Ben Webne, an HGA principal joins us to chat sustainable design, lighting, engineering and food halls.
