The latest from the team that brought you The Salt Line, Long Shot Hospitality has created a new concept inspired by both the culture and flavors of New Orleans, Dauphine's. At the stove, executive chef Kyle Bailey, offers up a menu of New Orleans favorites, everything from raw bar offerings to savory snacks to small plates, sandwiches, and entrees. The team at Dauphine's has partnered with the New Orleans based cocktail experts behind Cure Co., who developed the beverage program. Cocktails range from $12.00 to $16.00, although due to D.C.'s Cocid regulations, guests will not be able to sit at the bar right away. Guests can enjoy their drink, however, on Dauphine's 80-person outdoor patio.
