Gerard Street Kitchen has just opened up in The Darcy Hotel. Spearheaded by Executive Chef Jaime Velasquez, the new restaurant is merging a smorgasbord of flavors; blending Japanese, British, Indian, and South Asian cuisine.  For dinner service, Gerard Street Kitchen is offering entree plates like Beef Wellington, Chicken Tajine, and Robata Lamb Mishkaki.
