Owner Deniz Gulluoglu has opened a new location of ala in the space formerly home to the Postiano restaurant in Bethesda, making it ala's second location overall. The menu at ala Bethesda is similar to its Dupont Circle predecessor, with its Turkey, Syria, Lebanon, and beyond fusion. The space features 90 seats inside and an additional 30 seats on the outdoor patio. The kitchen at both ala locations are led by Corporate Chef Zachary Baker. Some menu highlights guests can get excited for include Mutabal, Biber Dolma, Adana Kebab, and more. Bottomless brunch is also offered every weekend. The cocktail menu at ala Bethesda is curated with wines from Georgia, Israel, Jordan, and Italy. Happy Hour is offered Monday - Thursday from 2:00 - 6:00 p.m. For more information, click here.
