Co-Owners Fito Garcia, Augusto Campo, and Michael Ciuffardi have opened their new concept, Alexandria Bier Garden, in the heart of Old Town Alexandria. This new concept offers German beer enthusiasts a unique food and beverage experience, as well as a lively entertainment lineup. The beer garden brings together German fusion cuisine, whimsical dining rooms, and a variety of engaging activities to create a vibrant destination for guests. Some of the German beers that are offered include Hoffbrau, Weihenstephan, Paulaner, and more. A variety of creative cocktails, domestic craft beers, a small curated wine program are also featured in the beverage program. The food menu complements the beverage program with highlights such as Alexandria Stir Fry, a version of Peruvian Classic Lomo Saltado, Wurst Gebratener Reis, and more.
