Meshelle Armstrong and Zena Polin have partnered to open a new concept, Beauty Champagne & Sugar Boutique, in Crystal City early next month. This new spot boasts 800 square-feet and is divided into three rooms. The main entrance features homemade cakes, brownies, cookies, and more. To the right is a Wine Room that features a vast selection of bottles that are displayed in a wine closet. To the left of the entrance is the "Grab and go" and "Little Luxuries" area, as well as a 12-seat restaurant that offers light options such as flatbread and dips, cheese and charcuteire, soups and sandwiches, and more.
