Married couple Anthony and Jeremiah Brooks, have opened Bramble & Rye in the space formerly home to Etabli in DC’s Bloomingdale neighborhood. The food at Bramble & Rye leans modern coastal fare with highlights such as fire-roasted scallops, salmon crudo, octopus carpaccio, and more. Guests can also get excited for a dog-friendly patio (and a dog-friendly menu) as well as the continuation of the Etabli Wine Club.
