Dram & Grain has made its post-pandemic resurgence as it opens with a twice-weekly pop-up in Adams Morgan at The Imperial's underground cellar bar. This new “3.0” iteration features experimental grain-infused cocktails and esoteric classics on Wednesdays and Thursdays, wit plans to eventually expand to full weekend service. The cocktail program is lead by Leighton Bagley, who got the inspiration for the “Grain Experiment” menu by the bar's name. Some highlights from the opening menu include Buckwheat (Mezcal), Farro (Vodka), Quinoa (Cachaca), and more. Guests have the option to enjoy their drinks at the bar, booth, or table. Dram & Grain is open Wednesdays and Thursdays from 7:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. For more information, click here.
