Latin Concepts owner Mauricio Fraga-Rosenfeld has opened a new Andean restaurant, El Secreto de Rosita in the space formerly home to Chi-Cha Lounge on U Street. Led by General Manager Manuel Olivera and Chef Eugene Perret, this new concept specializes in a mix of Peruvian comfor foods and small bites inspired by Japanese and Chinese migrants as well as Latin American wines and cocktails. Some menu items guests can enjoy include ceviche del mercado with mahi mahi, fried calamari, aji de gallina, and more.
