Elegancia, the new Latin cocktail bar and food experience from Wilmer Valderrama and Daniella Senior, has opened at Union Market’s La Cosecha. Centered on culture, ritual, and community, Elegancia introduces a food-forward menu led by Chef Jova Urriola, alongside a dynamic cocktail program by Juan Coronado. Chef Urriola’s menu draws inspiration from Latin family traditions and shared-table dining, featuring dishes designed to be enjoyed together throughout the evening. A signature late-night offering, Sancocho, a smoked-broth stew with organic chicken, ñame, and sweet corn, will be served during last call as a nod to comforting family meals. Food menu pricing ranges from $12–$28. The cocktail program reflects the same layered, expressive approach to Latin flavors. Cocktails range from $13–$18.
