Casey Patten and Chef Gerald Addison have opened a new restaurant, Grazie Nonna, in the Midtown Center. Grazie Nonna pays special attention to its dough, where guests can expect a light and airy pizza crust with a crisp bite. Antipasti options are also available for guests to enjoy, like the Nonna platter. The menu focuses on North East dishes such as chicken and eggplant parmagiano, bucatini and meatballs, clams in a white wine, and more. All pastas, except for lasagna, are referred to as macaroni. The wine list sourced by Gerald Addison offers organic and biodynamic Italian wines from vineyards with minimal intervention. The cocktail program focuses on classics.
